Jo McGourty who has been a big part of Bad Company for the last 8 years will be leaving to live in Teeside. Jo has helped with our Childrens class for the last 2 years and come a long way with the gym.

We are really sorry to see her go and wish her all the best for the future.

Thanks to her for all the help and friendship and fore helping to make Bad Company what it is today.

Jo's contribution to the gym and her involvement in it is best summed up in her own words.....

"Thank you Richard Lisa and All my friends at Bad company for eight years :)

I was 29 ( yes I am nearly 37) and weighed 89kg ( Very heavy ) Had just stopped smoking and never done any real form of exercise before ! I was searching the net and found bad company ! I was not too sure but decided to have  a look ! I walked into the gym ( was very nervous ) And saw all these people hitting pads and each other and very scary noises from upstairs ( Liam and Andy on pads ) !

Richard came over and asked if I was ok so I explained the above and sat down to watch ! There was a girl there Charlotte who had just started and we got chatting ! I said I would come back next week !

Charlotte is now one of my best friends :) I started training and loved it ! Shed the weight did a few interclubs and then had a fight  with the help of Liam and Andy , Rich Cadden and Lisa for gruelling row machine thing  !! WOW  And my good friend James who for some reason calls me evil  ;) Lol

Later was asked to help teach the kids( Thank you Mr Cadden ) with Andy who is also a good friend now ( Even though he calls me dog hair ) 

I left the gym for a couple of months then came back to teach kids again :) This time with Lisa .
 
I have made a lot of friends  Sarah,Sabena,Jordan,davy,naomi,Karl,Kate,brett,james,marcus,marcin,george,kyle,Ed Reg, the list goes on and on ( sorry if I missed names )   and hope we all keep in contact !


Richard has helped me realise that I am capable of a lot things and I will miss very much being there and esp teaching the kids !

My last session of kids class will be MOnday and last Bad co session will be wednesday :(
Lisa is planning on Jo napping me so I will need security ! Lol
