• Juniors u16 – no head contact, head guard, body armour and shin pads.

• U11yrs 3×1.5 * 11yrs+ 3×2

• 16-18yrs – No elbows/knees to head, head guard, elbow pads, shin pads, 10oz gloves.

• 18yrs – full Muay Thai rules, Head guard, elbow pads, shin pads and 10oz gloves.

• Novice/B Class 3×2

• Elite 3×3
