Our gym is a full time martial arts gym of around 2500 sq ft, with matted floors, punch bags and 2 boxing rings plus a fully equipped weights area with free weights, power cage, squat rack, kettlebells (from 8kg – 48kg), power bags, Olympic rings and more.
