Richard is the founder and head coach at Bad Company. He still teaches the children’s classes and has overall responsibility for most of the classes and fighter training.

Richard was 3 x British Champion, 2x WAKO Pro European and WKA Commonwealth Champion. He has competed all over the world including France, Italy, Holland, Czech Republic, Croatia, Canada, Thailand, Kazakhstan and Kirgystan and also held a professional boxing licence for a number of years.

As a coach he has produced over 30 World champions and coached fighters internationally and in the UK at the highest level on the biggest promotions in World including One Championship, K1 Japan, Bellator, Glory and many others.

He and Lisa are Head Coaches and team selectors of WBC Muay Thai Team England and he is on the boardif the Governing body for Muay Thai in the UK, Muay Thai GB.

He has won many awards including WBC Muay Thai International Coach of the year 2003.
